Notice: There is a new industrial project which could be coming to Darbytown Road near the Fareva complex. There was an open community info meeting on Wed August 6th at 6:30 PM at the Varina High School. The Aug 14th planned follow-up meeting is being rescheduled, as is the Henrico Board of Supervisors vote so more community feedback can be gathered. Click the links below for more info:

We're just minutes east of the city of Richmond, VA near a walking/bike trail that stretches from Downtown to Williamsburg. You'll pass the river and scenic farmland on your way to our beautiful community. It feels like you're in the country but you're really in a prime location to zip quickly into Shockoe Bottom or Downtown and then back out into our little hidden haven.
